“Color does not add a pleasant quality to design – it reinforces it.”

According to Virginia from Evans Alliance, an effective graphic design is achieved through a combination of critical elements like color. Color is an element of art created when a light spectrum strikes an object and reflects back to the eyes. Whether it’s a company logo, cards, or any other piece of art, color is as important as the information you intend to relay.
In graphic design, understanding how to apply color schemes is vital.
These contain analogous colors which exist together on a color wheel.
They can be complementary and opposite to each other. Or they may be split complementary colors which includes a primary color and the two colors on both sides of its complement.

When forming an image, color creates a focal point in addition to organizing hierarchies. Advertisers and designers clearly know that color changes the mood of prospective consumers and how they perceive the product. The human psyche subconsciously assigns a certain feeling for every color. This makes brand recognition highly dependent on the color applied.

“Design’s fundamental role is problem solver.”

Design Thinking: How Designers Solve Problems According to Emilie Johnston from CloudApp, Designers have a unique way of seeing the world and that perspective can add some major value to the business. But a traditional task-oriented design mindset won't get you there. Here are some of the ways great designers innovate their way to the top. Make problem-solving the priority The colors, the creativity, the endless possibilities for how to make a product better, easier, sexier. Hands down, the BEST thing about design, is that it's fun. Really fun. The problem with it being fun, is that you could literally spend hours obsessing over fonts, and never solve a single problem for your users. Great designers relish the details, but never lose sight of the bigger picture. They know that while tools and tricks may come and go, the big picture is always the same: Solving a problem for your user. Because at the end of the day, it doesn't matter which platform yo...

Math is easy. Design is hard.

You read it right. Math is easy and design is hard. Most people would argue with this quote because they would say that Math is definitely harder but for most cases, these are the exact people who haven’t tried out to design just yet. Like Math, Design needs to be learned in a span of a long time. It takes a lot of focus, skill, patience and ideas. This is where designers come into place. They’re the best at that because they already have the attributes needed to design. Not only do they have the skills but more importantly, they just have their heart and soul into it.
