“A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when thereis nothing left totake away.”

As for today, Peter Vukovic from 99desgins presents to you ’10 habits to help you master graphic design.”

1.    Creating – practice a skill for 10, 000 hours to become an actualy expert
2.    Competing – growth can be found in competition
3.    Switching projects – be flexible and learn to do different projects
4.    Switching styles - Switch styles often, and learn to design for the project, not for your own taste. This is what graphic design is about.
5.    Imitating - Imitation is a form of social learning — it means we mimic what other people do, so we don’t have to learn things from scratch.
6.    Analyzing – observe and learn from others’ works
7.    Reflecting - Reflection is a powerful learning device and it works just as well for design work.
8.    Studying - Just as practice, studying is indispensable.
9.    Perfecting – Rehearse. Rehearse. Rehearse.
10. Respecting - Make a habit of recognizing, respecting and sharing great work you see today.
In short, learn through habits.
