“A brand is no longer what we tell the consumer it is – it is what consumers tell each other it is.”

That quote is indeed and most especially true in the turn of the millenia. People commenting, retweeting, sharing and mentioning products/services from a brand our most common. This is the fastest way to spread out the news and these netizers, as consumers, receive and interpret the posts.

To be in the safe side, you must be able to have a social media manager to accomodate these shared posts and at the same time, make them so that people can spread it out for you. Far convenient and so much better, right?

If you’re looking for a social media manager today, you’re in awesome luck because I am a social media manager and I’m accepting clients’ requests.

We, designers, are the best at that. Great designers relish the details, but never lose sight of the bigger picture. They know that while tools and tricks may come and go, the big picture is always the same: Solving a problem for your user. Because at the end of the day, it doesn't matter which platform yo...
