Dieter Rams is a German industrial designer who was responsible for the design of Braun’s consumer products for many years. About 50 years ago, in his quest to answer the question “Is my design a good design?”, he developed the 10 principles of good design , sometimes also known as 10 commandments. It’s amazing to see how valid these principles are today, so much that we might feel than even more than back then, when Rams actually wrote them! Wherever you may go and whatever you may see, design will always be there. May it be from posters, walls, tables, chairs, mugs, chandeliers, banners, phones, computers, shoes, clothes and the list go on but the mere fact stays that everything is designed. If you want something done for your product, service, brand or business, then the best approach would be to find a designer because they are the ones who design everything that you can see. I, as a designer, focused my craft majorly in logo design and graphic design.
